Terms of Service

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is quoted separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel (with a full refund) an order affected by one before it ships.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment succeeds — you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Orders are shipped within Malaysia via our courier partner (booked through EasyParcel). Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on courier and location. You’ll get a shipping email with a tracking number once your order is on its way — you can also check status anytime on our Track an Order page.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Pharmaceutical and perishable items cannot be returned once opened, for safety reasons, unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Wholesale pricing and terms are agreed separately with each business after an inquiry through our wholesale form, and may include different payment and delivery terms than retail orders.

We describe products as accurately as possible, but always follow the packaging/label instructions and a vet’s guidance for dosage and use. We’re not liable for misuse contrary to labelled instructions.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
